USEFUL TIPS FOR TRANSPORT / STORAGE / KEYKEG
SHIPMENT
1. The transport must take place without exposing the kegs to the sunlight. In case of
shipping container, must be used a refrigerated one with temperature control at 15/18°C
STORAGE
1. Conditions storage (not yet open): 12-18 °C
2. Conditions storage (already connected): 12-18 °C
3. In case of keg stored in a chiller to connection, temperature can’t go under 7°C
4. NO sun exposure
SERVICE
1. The optimal length of connecting hose (from keg to tap) is 2 m
2. The optimal time for consumption from the moment of connection to the tap is 2-3 days
3. Gas pressure: - - -
For sparkling wines, we advise 3,2 ÷ 3,3 bar / 46 ÷ 47 psi
For still wines, we advise 0,8 ÷ 1 bar / 11 ÷ 14 psi
Maximum pressure: 3,5 bar / 50 psi
4. Service temperature: -
For sparkling wines and whites: 7-8°C -
For reds: 15-18°C
5. Pay attention to the way of tapping the wine, trying NOT to move away the tap from the
carafe.
6. When pouring the wine into the glass, try NOT to let it foam so as not to degas the wine.
