🍷 This whole process is done in an inert atmosphere to prevent oxidation and enzymatic, in order to obtain the greatest amount of flavor and freshness

🍽 seafood, fish, white meat and mild flavoured foods Laat zich drinken bij een rijke varieteit aan gerechten.

De meest productieve druivensoort van alle druivensoorten. Airen is een variëteit voor witte wijn die in vrijwel elk wijn producerend land is aangeplant. Hij is dan ook de grootste ter wereld. De druivenstok is gemakkelijk in teelt en heeft een groot rendement. Rendement is opbrengst per hectare. Zijn grootste verdienste is dat hij, ook al is hij zeer rijp, toch een hoog zuurgehalte houdt. Smaak en geur van de wijn zijn relatief neutraal en licht, met duidelijke citrustonen.👃 Citrus, groene appel en noten.

Het kloppende hart van het bedrijf is de ultra moderne bottellijn met een waaier aan verpakkingsmogelijkheden, en erg lage bottelkosten.
 
BODEGAS MILENIUM is the branch of the company for table wine or Vino de España (VDE). A new bottling line was installed in 2007 in order to meet the international high quality market standards. This investment of € 1,6 million gave us a bottling capacity of 12.000 bottles per hour, besides the regular cork  closure in different types and formats. Also possible: Screw-cap closure, 5 possible labeling positions, cold glue and auto-adhesive, automatic format change, from the regular 0,75 cl. Bottle in different shapes and heights up to a 2 liter P.E.T. Our bottling facilities have more than 100 stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature for optimal fermentation, with a capacity over 11 million liters, cold stabilizing equipment and tangential filters.
