VINIFICATIE:
🍷 Cold maceration on skins for 48 hours. Fermentation at a temperature of 16-18°C with cultured yeasts. Wine completes its maturation in stainless steel tanks. Blending, light clarification and final filtration in spring.
DEGUSTATIE:
👁 Bright straw yellow wine with golden tints.
👅 Clean and fruity well-structured wine in the mouth. Well-balanced and strongly fruity taste: clear citrus notes of citron and lime with a slightly balsamic aftertaste. Its fragrance shows a very ripe fruit with notes of orange peels and white peach.

                Malvasia ou Malvoisie est l’un des plus vieux cépages pour le vin blanc. Aujourd'hui il est de moins en moins en vogue et même sur le point de disparaître de la plupart des régions viticoles. Nous le trouverons encore dans plusieurs régions en Italie, en Sicile et en Sardaigne, en Espagne (le Rioja et Navara), au Portugal et Madère. Les vins sont assez robustes et ont un arôme distincte de noix, ainsi qu’une bonne fraîcheur.
